Tierney Clafford is a SoCal native who brings over 10 years of HR/People Operations experience to our team. She has a passion for creating a diverse work culture, enhancing leadership development, implementing robust training programs, onboarding top talent professionals, and managing full cycle HR functionalities. ClearCount has allowed her to not only utilize, but to expand upon these subjects, which in turn, has created a workplace that allows our employees to truly thrive in their careers.

In her time away from work Tierney enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling/adventuring, and movie nights in (with lots of popcorn).
